Eminem Praises Pink

Rapper Eminem has revealed Pink and Rihanna were the only female singers who could ”pull off” certain tracks on his new album. Eminem felt Pink and Rihanna were the perfect addition to his new album.

He said: “When I did the song that I did with Pink I laid my parts first and kind of heard her on the record. I felt like she would smash this record, so I gave her a call and she was with it, so we did it.

Eminem´s new Album “Recovery”, will Be out in Stores at the End of June, the Track which features PINK is called “Won´t Back Down”

I just have to post this..

I know its pretty old, and probably over 5 years old, but i just read this and I loved it!

Advocate magazine asked for Pink’s thoughts on the controversy surrounding gay marriage and got a response to the magazine in less than 30 minutes taking digs at Britney Spears and Jennifer Lopez. “If you wanna marry ‘Joe millionaire,’ go ahead,” Pink wrote. “If you’re a celebrity and you wanna marry your high school sweetheart for 55 hours, go right ahead. If you’re J.Lo, and you wanna marry 18 people, for 6 days each, hey! Go right on ahead! But if you happen to be reasonably minded and have fallen in love and wanna marry your soul mate and make a life of it, and you just so happen to be the same sex, then NO! How dare you! You demon creatures! We’d rather you just buy gasoline and support our war and continue to consume and fear in our country so we can make money off you. But do us a favor — don’t hold hands in public. Love, Pink.”

Pink is nominated for the ”Echo Award”

Pink is nominated for the ”Echo Award” in the Category best international Rock& Pop Singer. The Echo Awards are tonight in Berlin , and are the most important German (the German Grammy´s) Music Awards. She wont be there, but I hope she will win the Award! Lady Gaga won the Award

Could P!nk and Carey be reuniting?

The Sober singer – who announced she was separating from her spouse of two years last February – sparked rumours she is back with the professional motocross racer after they were seen jogging together in Los Angeles.

The couple gazed at each other and walked arm-in-arm after their workout, before breaking into a play fight.

The couple also spent New Years’ Eve together at a party held at Carey’s Las Vegas nightclub Wasted Space.

Carey made a public toast to Pink at the bash, with a source revealing: “He escorted her to the stage and toasted her at midnight. Then he wished everyone a happy new year. It was very informal.”

Pink, 29, recently admitted she and Carey have struggled to adapt to their new relationship as friends.

She said: “It’s up and down. You have strong moments and you have weak moments. But it’s not just been devastating – it’s been freedom, too.”

Pink Hates Giving Songs Away But Likes Impressing Dad

Pink hates giving songs away, as any artist would, but she had so many songs written/recorded for Funhouse, it was hard to let them go. According to DailyStar.co.uk, she hated to let them go, but was happy that she impressed her dad with “Crystal Ball”.

The bad-ass chick, who rocked at last night’s MTV Entertainment Music Awards in Liverpool, topped the charts with Funhouse this week.

But if Pink, who grabbed the gong for Most Addictive Track, had got her way the record would have been a massive triple disc beast with 34 tracks.

She said: “I can be an arrogant asshole about my music and find it hard to give my songs away.

“It’s like getting rid of your children: ‘I like that one too, but I’m going to let that one die.’ The good thing now is there’s always a home for the other kids as extra tracks and B-sides.”

The So What star puts the success of her new record down to discovering her vulnerable side following the break-up of her marriage to motorcross racer Carey Hart, 33.

She said: “It’s helped both of us, because we had to figure out how we could have a really healthy friendship.

“Creating songs is my favourite part, but I’ve had consistent agony and joy.

“I’m a survival-oriented person – I think when I’m writing songs it’s my chance to be vulnerable.

“I’m useless when I’m happy. I find a lot of other artists – painters, film-makers and writers – are the same. I don’t find myself alone in thinking that happiness is useless as an emotion.”

Album highlight Crystal Ball is the song that best sums up Pink’s never-say-die attitude.

The 29-year-old’s dad likes it too, even if he does yell a bit too loud about it sometimes.

She revealed: “The day me and Carey split up, my dad came to hang out with me in New York and I played him that song.

“My dad gets really excited about music and he had the headphones on.

“He was like shouting: ‘Honey, this song is going to be a hit.’

“I’m like, ‘Dad, I’m right here, I can hear you.’

“I like the thought of exciting him.”

Well, the girl certainly excited the MTV EMA crowd in Liverpool last night. I’m looking forward to her Funhouse tour next year.
